What you get
- Accommodation: Stay in a hotel or resort (specify star rating) for the duration of the trip.
- Meals: Breakfast and dinner during the stay - 2 Breakfast and 2 Dinner for 3D/2N Package (Veg Meal); 3 Breakfast and 3 Dinner for 4D/3N Package (Veg Meal).
- Transportation: Bus stop transfers and Sightseeing in a private vehicle (as per itinerary).
- Parking and Toll charges.
- 4x4 Vehicles in Heavy snowfall.
- In the event of heavy snowfall, we may be unable to cover all areas due to roadblocks, landslides, or other weather-related disruptions. GTA is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or inability to access certain locations caused by such conditions.
- Standard check-in time is at 12 PM, and early check-ins depend on availability. Checkout is at 10 AM, and no additional time will be provided.
- On the last day of your stay, check-out should be completed by 10:00 AM.
- Only vegetarian meals will be provided.
- Heaters will be chargeable and not included in the itinerary.
- Transportation: Additional transportation not specified in the itinerary.
- Meals: Meals not mentioned in the package (lunches, snacks, etc.).
- Personal Expenses: Tips and gratuities for guides and drivers; souvenirs, shopping, and personal items; medical emergencies or other unforeseen expenses.
- Adventure Activities: Activities such as paragliding, trekking, or skiing and optional activities not included in the itinerary.
- Hotel stay: An extra bed will incur an additional charge.
- Sightseeing: Entry fees to all attractions and activities.

- Expenses: Any expenses arising from natural calamities such as landslides, roadblocks, or similar events will be the responsibility of the client. These costs must be settled directly at the site as they occur.
