Payment, cancellation & terms

initial payment of Rs. 2000 to book slot (secures transportation and hotel booking); for fixed group departures, 50% advance payment required (non-refundable if canceled within 15 days of travel date; half refundable if canceled more than 15 days before); balance due collected upon arrival in Manali; registration fee is non-refundable. Itinerary is subject to change based on weather conditions; tour operator not responsible for refunds or rescheduling if activities/sightseeing are not permitted due to adverse weather
GTA will not be liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations of trips; changes to hotels/tour programs may occur due to unavoidable circumstances (a hotel of the same category will be provided); registration once booked cannot be canceled, transferred, or exchanged; in case of vehicle breakdown, travelers must wait for repairs or an alternate option arranged by the company; GTA is not providing a travel insurance policy; travelers are solely responsible for any mishaps, theft, loss, injuries, or illegal activities including possession of banned substances during the tour; any misbehavior during the trip may result in cancellation of the trip by the trip manager at that moment; GTA reserves the right to take photographs of participants during the tour for promotional purposes (participants who prefer not to have their images used must inform the tour leader at the start of the trip)
